My wife and I used Roz to buy our first house, a townhouse in Alexandria, VA. In 2014, we used her again to sell that townhouse and buy a single family house. Throughout all of our interaction in all three transactions, Roz was very professional and exceedingly helpful when we had questions or concerns about the process or the other actors involved in the transactions. She was always responsive to, and patient with, our many questions. Where we were trying to buy, it was a seller's market and we put in offers on multiple properties before finding the house that we are ecstatic with. During all the negotiations, Roz not only represented us excellently to the seller, but she also made sure that we did not reach beyond our stated budget or reach beyond the actual value of the property even if the bidding escalated that high.
When selling our house, it was the first time that we sold. Roz walked us through everything that needed to be done and gave very helpful suggestions for staging. We sold for higher than we were expecting to. During both buying and selling, having Roz as a buffer between us and the other agents in the transactions was critical. She was a beacon of professionalism when we saw plenty of unprofessional behavior from some of the other agents that we had to deal with (from sarcasm in business communications to straight up lies in some instances).
I definitely, highly recommend Roz Drayer to any potential seller or buyer.
